Your catalogue, your prices
A shared construction catalogue plus your own products, each with a trade cost, category and unit of measure. Add a product once and it's available to every quote.
Construction quoting · business management · trade-ready
The Edge takes a building from a drawn design to a signed, evidenced contract in one place - 3D design, live pricing, branded quote, e-signature on the customer's phone.
The problem
Off-the-shelf CRMs don't understand build pricing, trade markups or the shape of a real project. Contact-based pricing punishes every new lead and turns growth into a tax. Whatever method you build with, you end up quoting in spreadsheets and losing the margin conversation before the job even starts.
Structure, cladding, insulation and joinery each carry their own cost and markup. Off-the-shelf CRMs treat them as anonymous line items.
By the time a spreadsheet quote is totalled and sent, the margin conversation has already happened without you.
Every new enquiry raises your bill. The tool literally punishes the pipeline you're trying to build.
01.1 / Quoting
Quotes are raised against a live opportunity and built from your own product catalogue. Set your defaults once and every quote inherits them.
A shared construction catalogue plus your own products, each with a trade cost, category and unit of measure. Add a product once and it's available to every quote.
A default markup for the business, overridable per product and per line, and snapshotted onto the quote so a later price change can never rewrite a quote you've already sent.
Scope of works, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and terms carry across from your settings, along with quote validity and your VAT rate.
Mark lines optional and choose whether they count toward the total, then break the job into deposit and stage payments from a reusable template.
01.2 / Margin
Cost, sell and margin recalculate on every line you add or change. No spreadsheet, no back-of-envelope guesswork.
Every line carries the trade cost it came from, so you can see exactly where the money is going before it goes out.
Issuing a quote freezes its figures and generates the PDF. Change a price and you revise, rather than quietly rewriting history.
01.3 / Quote delivery
Trade-ready quote documents carrying your company details and colours, so they look like they came from your business, not our platform.
Send your customer a hosted page instead of an attachment, and see how many times they've opened it and when.
Stage payments and deposit rules baked into the quote from the start.
Accepting online today is recorded against the quote; signing it electronically is in active development.
02 / The business around the quote
Company records with their contacts, statuses and types, linked to every opportunity and quote raised against them.
A Kanban board of opportunities across stages you configure yourself, with entry, quote, won and lost points you decide.
Your catalogue alongside the shared one, with categories, units of measure and pricing you control.
Open pipeline, quotes raised, win rate and won value, with stage and conversion breakdowns.
03.1 / Design Studio
A 3D configurator and a design library in one. Build a space, save it, and pick it back up months later. The design and the quote stay attached to the same customer.
Your repeatable designs, ready to open, adjust and quote against without starting from a blank canvas.
One-off configurations saved against the job they belong to, with the finishes and options that were chosen.
Designs that arrived from a customer or an Outerspace Group lead, ready to turn into an opportunity.
A design that has already been through a won job is flagged as previously ordered, so a repeat order starts as a request for an updated quote rather than a rebuild.
03.2 / The Imaginarium
The Imaginarium is an augmented-reality walkthrough on Apple Vision Pro. Publish a space from Design Studio, hand the customer a headset, and let them stand inside the design instead of squinting at a drawing.

A space is a scene (a kitchen, a room, a whole unit) published from Design Studio and shown at full scale.
Materials come from the PBR material library, so the surfaces the customer sees are the ones you can actually supply.
Each Apple Vision Pro is registered to your business and authorised individually, and access can be withdrawn at any time.
It is the difference between sending a quote and letting someone stand in the room it pays for.
04 / Commercials
The Edge is sold as a single platform fee covering the whole business, however many people use it and however many contacts you hold.

Positioning
General CRMs are broad and shallow. The Edge is narrow and deep: a construction catalogue, margin you can see as you build, and an augmented reality walkthrough your customer can stand inside. Built for construction companies of every build method, with better terms if you buy your kit from Outerspace Group.
